Unused checks with O2 imprints are most common (perhaps a dozen copies, perhaps a few more) from Chicago. Several are known from Milwaukee as well.

Before the discovery of 56 used checks with O2 imprints from Iowa there were only three known used copies. This is one of the three. However, another used copy of this Pullman Company draft can be found in the Smithsonian, not counted in the three.
