A receipt used by Thatcher Brothers of Pueblo, Colorado, the only known users of H3k. This copy was altered for use in Trinidad, Colorado. All others I have seen have an 18__ printed dateline rather than 186_ as on this copy, and they have been altered to serve as certificates of deposit.

The extra wording on an H3k is difficult to see. This close-up has the yellow of the instructive clause enhanced for visibility.
